AION ("we", "us", "our") operates aionae.com and provides AI-powered websites, web apps, AI agents, chatbots, automations, CRM and dashboards to businesses worldwide. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website or engage our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details you share with us — name, company, email address, phone number, and anything you write in our enquiry form or send us over WhatsApp, email, or during discovery calls.
• Project information — content you provide for building your website or training your chatbot (copy, brand assets, FAQ documents, CRM exports).
• Basic usage data — anonymized page visits, referrer, device type, and approximate region. We use this only to understand which pages work and to fix issues.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and deliver the services you ask for.
• To build, host, and operate your website or chatbot.
• To improve our own website and the content we publish.
• To send occasional updates only if you have explicitly opted in.
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements in Lebanon.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with trusted service providers strictly needed to run the services you have asked for — for example, hosting (Vercel), email (transactional providers), and AI infrastructure (OpenAI, Anthropic, WhatsApp Business). Each provider is bound by comparable data-protection obligations.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored in reputable cloud data centers that may be located outside Lebanon (typically the EU or the United States). Where data crosses borders we rely on the data-export safeguards offered by each provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and client project data for the duration of our engagement plus a reasonable handover period. Financial records are kept as long as Lebanese tax law requires. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you messages. Email hello@aionae.com and we will respond within 14 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be notified on the homepage.
