Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aionae.com and any services you engage AION to deliver. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, or commissioning a project, you agree to these terms.

Services we offer

AION builds websites, web apps, AI agents, AI chatbots, workflow automations, CRM implementations, dashboards and related services for businesses worldwide. The exact scope, deliverables, price, and timeline for any engagement are agreed in a written proposal or statement of work before we start.

Fees & payment

• Unless stated otherwise, one-off project fees are payable 50% on signing and 50% on delivery.
• Monthly subscription services (for example AI chatbots) are billed in advance on a rolling month.
• All prices are in USD ($) and exclude VAT unless specified.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days. Overdue accounts may pause active services until settled.

Your responsibilities

To deliver on time we need timely feedback, accurate brand assets, and the access we agree on (for example hosting credentials, WhatsApp Business accounts, CRM admin access). Delays caused by missing inputs may extend the timeline or be re-quoted.

Deliverables & revisions

Each project includes the revision rounds listed in its proposal. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start them. We do not carry over unused revisions between projects.

Intellectual property

On full payment, all bespoke work we deliver for a given project becomes yours to use for the agreed purpose. Our own pre-existing tooling, templates, and internal libraries remain ours. We retain the right to use anonymized screenshots or short case-study descriptions for our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta / WhatsApp, Vercel, Supabase, HubSpot, Zoho, and similar). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes imposed by those platforms, but we will always help you work around them.

Acceptable use of AI chatbots

AI chatbots must not be used to send unsolicited marketing, to impersonate another business, or to share content that violates Lebanese law or WhatsApp's Business policies. We reserve the right to pause any bot used for these purposes.

Cancellation

One-off projects may be cancelled before the build phase for a refund of fees less work already performed. Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice — we will not bill you for any month after the notice period ends.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tripoli, Lebanon.
