Storefront
A WooCommerce store on WordPress with a luxury-retail theme, tuned for how watch buyers actually browse: by reference, by brand, by what just landed.
A 295-listing luxury watch store in Los Angeles, plus the automation pipeline that gets watches online. Photography flows from the photographer's folder to a live product page without anyone re-uploading anything.
A coded depiction of the real product — the live system is one click above.
Watch LA sells pre-owned luxury watches, where every listing needs many high-quality photographs of that exact watch — serial marks, bracelet, clasp, dial under different light. Listing a watch by hand meant downloading a folder, renaming files, uploading them one at a time, and doing it again for the next watch.
At that rate the catalogue could never keep up with the inventory, and watches sat unlisted — which is dead stock in a business where stock is the whole asset.

An n8n workflow watches the shared photo folder, pulls each watch's images, and attaches them to the right product — one run moved 130 watches' photography end to end without a manual upload.
The live catalogue now carries 295 listings, with new stock published in batches instead of one painstaking listing at a time.
Pixel and event tracking wired to the actions that matter — enquiry and contact — so advertising can be judged on leads rather than clicks.
